Pet-friendly and nice cosy unit with extreme level of comfort. Lovely old place and unbeatable location short walk to the restaurant that had a 2 course roast dinner for £ 18.95, and both the Lakes.

Fairly clean place with fantastic view over the gardens. Tasty milk and bread to every taste. Central location, competent employees who said she would give it to her manager. And next to an old 17th century manor house absolutely breathtaking, the Great Halls restaurant and bar, and the local leisure centre.

Lovely meals, overall everything was second to none.
The rooms were neat and stylish, reasonably priced, for kids to play outside. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were provided.

Lovely old rooms with a view available. Good self-catering facilities, a small nice balcony, and a lounge area were nice. Location - excellent, just next door to the centre of Lancaster, other attractions and local shops.

Pet-friendly rooms, new-fashioned and well-maintained. A lot of great food for meals. Good service and lovely location next to Lancashire, Yorkshire, The Lakes and the spectacular trough of Bowland and the main Thurnham Hall.

Fantastic value, it met expectations. The place was clean and original, it had amazingly efficient staff at reception desk. The whole room was wonderfully appointed and new-fashioned and had a coffeemaker, a couch, and a dining table. Liked the comfortable interior. The location turned out to be stunning and incredible, just off Lancaster and Morecambe and the surrounding countryside as well as the "new" restaurant.

I had very enjoyable short stay, the place is beautifully decorated and simply stunning!
I interacted with the excellent staff. Had remote location to now have the Restaurant also the wee shop. It was also just off forrest of bowlam as well as both Blackpool and the Lakes.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.
